We continue the exploration of the product features and benefits of the SIRAL brass valve systems for geothermal loops.

Basically it's a question of material quality: the valve is made out of best quality hot forged brass (it's not a cheap, cast product)
the structure of the material is very stable without any internal stresses: this is crucial for the life of the product.
There are no junctions between parts and therefore the risk of leaks is dramatically reduced.

It's a sturdy product and, even if the price is maybe higher than other products with same function, please mind that at the end you will save money because you will not need to replace it for decades!

GEOTHERMAL BALL VALVE DN32 FULL FLOW FOR IMPROVED EFFICIENCY

the main feature of this valve is FULL FLOW: the 30 mm full flow main valve and the two 14 mm full flow fill and drain valves.

This is what differenciate Siral product from the competition:

usual competition products have a 8 mm fill and drain connection which is far to small for filling and draining systems with piping that can reach 150 m underground!

If the passage is too little, the maintenance operations are more difficult.

In our valve system there are  three ball valves included in one piece body: one main DN32 valve (full flow) + 2 DN20 Fill and Drain ports.
But why is this valve so special? Not only the fact that no assembling operation is needed anymore, it's special also because this valve is not assembled:  it's the only one similar product on the marked which is ONE PIECE BODY: there is no junction between the three valves! this means 100% seal guaranteed!

- Construction in one piece body. This means that the product is not an assembly of three or more different components, which, being assembled, sooner or later will leak and decay, expecially if, like in the case of geothermal systems, the fluid is aggressive glycole or mixutre.  This is ONE PIECE BODY made out of HOT FORGED BRASS: no junctions between parts = no leakage at all!

- DN32 full flow. What's this? the DN32 passage allows full flow without turbolences = improved performance and lower consumption

- 3/4" fill and drain connections. What's this? this valve unit is part of a loop that has to be filled and drained periodically for maintanance purposes. In this phase the full flow is essential, as well as suitable fill and drain ports, big enough to make the filling and draining operations very easy and quick.
